This is the most complex and longest phase.

We organize 10 possible negotiations by changing the various parameters to buy the company with the relative equipment with the outmost advantage.

In the real estate sector, the business is the owner of the building or rents it, and needs specific data for the company’s future expansion. Due diligence requires the collaboration of local professionals for data analysis and verification of consistency. Only written, documented and officially used data in the “balance sheet” and “profit and lost” will be considered.

We prepare legal contracts in order to give the owner a warranty of future of expansion, without any surprises.
